JT didn't plan to run a roofing company. In 2011, he was deployed in Afghanistan as an F-18 fighter pilot, finding his way through one of the hardest chapters of his life. Around the same time, his father was passing away. Before he died, he told JT something that stuck: "help people first, and everything else will follow." That advice became his compass.

In 2018, a friend in North Carolina lost his home to a hurricane. JT didn't have a plan. He had a team, a few trucks, and 48 hours. They drove down, started rebuilding, and never left. What he found went beyond homes that needed repair. He saw contractors who'd lost people's trust, and homeowners looking for someone they could count on. That's the same instinct behind No Quit.
